Welcome to my practice

I was born and raised in Southeast Idaho, and I have always been passionate about helping others find strength.

With over ten years of experience as a foster and adoptive parent, I have gained significant insight into the impact of childhood trauma on adulthood. This experience motivated me to pursue a degree in Social Work, which I obtained in 2015, along with a Drug and Alcohol Certification.

In working with clients in the substance use field, I began to recognize the need to further address mental health and trauma with these individuals. This led me to pursue my master’s in social work, which I completed in 2021. Over the past eight years, I have worked with clients who seek positive changes in their lives. I have continuously educated myself on methods to assist others in managing their trauma and mental health.

My extensive experience in mental health and substance abuse has equipped me to provide therapy and support to individuals facing these challenges. I am committed to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and aiding individuals in their journey toward self-acceptance and self-love, driven by personal and family experiences.

I have a strong belief that everyone can achieve greatness in the world, they just need to find the write people to help support them. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts, build resilience, and find their true selves.

Special Focus: LGBTQIA+ Community

I have a particular dedication to serving the LGBTQIA+ community, supporting individuals on their journey toward self-acceptance and self-love. This work comes from both personal and family experiences that have shaped my understanding of the unique challenges and strengths within our community.
